Winchelsea we take care in creating a classroom organization which makes
the best use of our limited staff resources and at the same time creates
optimal learning environments where classes are balanced. Due to our
size and the need to ensure that we are "cost effective" in creating
classes which match our staffing allocation, some of our classrooms
enroll more than one grade level. Combined classes which
incorporate more than one grade, recognize the range of physical,
emotional and intellectual maturity which naturally exists in any group
of students. In addition, this organization provides us with more
options for the placement of students. |
